The other types of entities that public accountants can set up to provide public accountancy services are public accounting firm and accounting limited liability partnership. 

Public accountancy services means the audit and reporting on financial statements and performing acts that are required by law to be performed by a public accountant.

A Public Accounting Corporation is registered under the Accountants Act and the Companies Act and has to comply with the requirements under both legislation.  For requirements under the Companies Act, please refer to setting up a company.

A Public Accounting Corporation is to be treated as an exempt private company for the purpose of the Companies Act.
